Do you provide a sample for approval before mass production begins?
Sure! We follow a standard production process where we produce a pre-production sample for you to evaluate the quality. We will start mass production as soon as you confirm this sample.
What is the duration of the mass production process?
The standard time for custom jewelry packaging is 15 days. You can also choose a rush order if you need it faster.
What is the delivery time for this sample?
Once we get the sample fee and confirm the material & design, it takes 5-7 days to make the sample and 3-5 days to deliver it by Express.
Is the sample charge refundable?
Generally, the sample charge can be returned to you when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific case please contact the people who oversee your order.
How much time do you need to quote the price for jewelry boxes in bulk?
We normally send you the quotation within one working day after we have all the product details. For urgent requests, we can give you a quote within 2 hours if you provide all the details.
